World Group Mortgage also offers programs that do not require the applicant(s) to disclose their income, asset, or employment information. These programs are simply called No Documentation Loans (NoDoc). The following programs are available to loans with FICO scores as low as 620.
30-Year NoDoc
15-Year NoDoc
- No disclosure of income, employment, or assets
- Prepayment penalty does not apply when property is sold
- Three Credit Levels begin at 620 FICO and determine the rate/fee adjustment and acceptable LTV's
- All property types available
30-Year Jumbo NoDoc
15-Year Jumbo NoDoc
- Minimum 80.01% LTV and mortgage insurance(MI) required on all loans
- High LTV for no income, asset, or employment programs
- 90% LTV available to $650,000
- Primary residence only
- Minimum credit score 620
1 Year, 3/1, 5/1 Adjustable Rate Mortgage (ARM) NoDoc
- Two types of documentation
- True NoDoc - No disclosure of income, employment, or assets
- No income doc(NID)/No employment doc(NED) - No disclosure of income or employment. All assets are disclosed and verified.
- Three credit levels begin at 620 FICO determine the rate/fee adjustment and acceptable LTV's
