We primarily use the customer information we collect to provide financial services we offer, evaluate your creditworthiness, administer the products and services you have with us, and to prevent fraud. We also use customer information to identify you and communicate with you.

WHAT CAN YOU DO TO PROTECT YOUR FINANCIAl INFORMATION?
An important part of the responsibility of protecting your customer information rests with you. What can you do?
- Routinely review and reconcile your account statements.
- If you become aware of incorrect information either in our records or as reported by us, please notify us at 704.921.1632. Safeguard and protect your account records, passwords, logon i.d. and other information pertaining to your relationship with us.
- Report crimes regarding your customer information to your local law enforcement agency and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) toll-free at 1.877.ID.THEFT (1.877.438.4338) or online at www.consumer.gov/idtheft
GLOSSARY
(Please refer to this Glossary for the definitions of some important terms we use in our privacy notice)
1. "We", "us", and "our" mean World Group Mortgage LLC.
2. "You" and "your" mean individuals who obtain financial products or services primarily for personal, family or household purposes from us. This includes "consumers" and "customers" as identified under the Federal Privacy Act.
3. "Federal Privacy Act" means the privacy provisions of Title V of the Gramm-Leach Bailey Act, and includes regulations issued under that Act.
4. "Customer Information" means our personally identifiable financial information about a consumer that is identified as "non-public personal information" under the Federal Privacy Act.
5. "Third Parties" means individuals and entities that are not part of our company, except for joint employees and others who are excluded under the definition of non-affiliated third parties under the Federal Privacy Act.
THIS PRIVACY NOTICE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE IN ACCORDANCE WITH APPLICABLE LAW. ANY CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY NOTICE WILL APPLY TO INFORMATION COLLECTED AFTER THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THE REVISION. NO PROVISIONS CONTAINED HEREIN SHALL BE DETERMINED TO CHANGE OR ALTER ANY OTHER CONTRACTS OR POLICIES BETWEEN US AND OUR CUSTOMERS.
