Our lending spectrum provides loan programs for A paper, A-, B, 103% LTV loans, No Appraisal Loans, and No Income Documentation Loans. Our corporate headquarters are located in Charlotte, North Carolina. The processing, underwriting, and preparation of closing documents all takes place in Charlotte. This centralized setting always allows us to offer you less expensive loans than those offered by mortgage brokers, banks and credit unions.
